My name is Virgil, Virgilio in Spanish where I am from but good luck pronouncing it, and I am a visual artist, photography is my medium and my interest is in portrait and headshot photography. My base is in London and I occasionally visit Barcelona and Valencia.
The clients I work with are corporate, personal clients (including family portraits of special importance to me), actors for headshots and promotional material and creative assignments. I am based in London and happy to go where needed.
The approach tha best suits my philosophy is a highly personalised and artistic one, there is no standardised product or worksflow, hence the results are very unique to you, and everyone gets a unique result, just like people and personalities are always different and unique the aim is to portray you and embed a story in your images, for that reason the approach is different to every single person.
All the editing gets off course done in-house by me without filters, all by hand including colour grading and some painting by brush over the image, not to add anything but to enhance what is already there, is a slow process with lots of attention to detail and rending best results.
