Studio prices do vary but usually cost around £50 per hour depending on location and size, they could be booked by the client or I can book on your behalf.
Example:
A client books a date to get some acting headshots, a couple of hours in studio and the rest of the day outdoors.
Studio cost is estimated at £100 and a £200 retainer fee is due to secure the booking, then client pays 300 for the booking.
Before shoot starts £400 is due as shoot fee, minus £200 retainer already paid, the payable balance is £200
After the shoot the client selects 4 favourite images to send to their agent, then extra £240 (£60 per image) is due before start editing the images.
The total cost was £740
A few months later the client wants to select a few more images to go with an interview in an article, they just have to get in touch and select some extra images, just paying £60 per extra image.
